We are professional in design cold light source products. If you have specific design with your own pictures, please contact us for OEM issue. We can manufacture any similar products to your needs
Our manufacturing process is as follow: If customer wants their LOGO to be made into product, please send us the LOGO design, size, effect, and other detailed information.??In one week, we will provide the customer two samples to confirm.??Final production will be started upon customer?¡¥s approval on the sample
confirm order Quantity: For us, as a facotry, no matter what quantity you want, we can produce for you. Problem is that if the quantity is too small, the production cost will be very high, and so the product price will be higher accordingly. When we get your design for the customized products, we have to make a mould first, No matter what order quantity you want to produce, that mould fee need to be paid by your side, so the larger the order quantity, the lower the production cost.If you agree to bear the mould fee, then no matter what order quantity you want to order, we can produce for you. Product unit price will be counted upon your specific design and your requirement on it.

Note: For an exchange request, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back as well as the cost of shipping the new item. We cannot ship you the new item until we've received the original item.
retruns policy overview
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by EL Technology within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If this is case, We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Note: Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.¡ê¡§we will only provide refund if the item has been unworn, unwashed, and that the tags are still attached.¡ê?
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
1. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
2. Any item that has obvious signs of use(If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted)

We are a factory professional in producing EL cold light products. For the el flashing t-shirt, you can only purchase flashing panel and inverter from us, it would make the importing of products more easier. You can have your local clothing factory to sew product to t-shirt.
